We are looking for a Learner Support/ Engagement Consultant to work for a large training provider, interacting with learners and assessors ensuring to assist the local team in recruiting and sign posting young people on to the correct sectors within apprenticeships
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications as a minimum to be considered:
Experience in an employer/learner engagement sales or an employability environment
An appreciation and understanding of work based learning including apprenticeships
Experience of cold calling and vacancy generation
Strong track record of working to and achieving sales targets
Sound commercial knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong time management skills
IT Literate
