JOB: SECONDARY SCHOOL PROGRESS LEADER

START DATE: JANUARY 2017

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE

An independent Academy, located in Croydon, are seeking to appoint a Progress Leader for their Senior School. This is a full time, permanent post to commence in January 2017, with negotiable pay for the right candidate.

The school has a junior school and a senior school, split across two sites. They are a non-fee paying school, however they are independently funded. The trust they are a part of invest heavily in developing their staff and promote a culture of independent learning with their students. They are seeking a Progress Leader for their senior school, who can develop an environment for students and staff development, maintaining positive attitudes to teaching and learning.

You will be an experienced senior leader and an expert in data management to track pupil progress. You will be able to coach and support your staff to develop outstanding teaching and learning. Experience of school improvement will be useful, as you will work with the Headteacher to develop the school improvement plan. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to support the ethos of the school, inspiring it in your staff and students.
