Adecco are proud to be working closely with a leading company based in Manston, who are currently seeking a Head of Production for a team of 15 people.
The role is within the soldering department so would suit someone with an engineering background, although not essential if you have skills in other areas required.
You must be of strong character, managerial background, willing to take on responsibility, organise and delegate staff.
The hours are 6am to 14.45pm but may vary as the needs of the job dictate.
In return for your hard work you will be paid an hourly rate of pay starting at GBP9.00 per hour and this will be reviewed in January 2017. All overtime will be paid at time and a half.
