Temporary Senior Administrator job at GBP9 per hour
Your new company
Your new company is needing a Senior Administrator for a well-established manufacturer. The role is for two months during a growth period between now and Christmas. The role itself is exclusive to Hays with a client who would like to remain confidential until interview stage.
Your new role
This role is working within the accounts department supporting an Accounts assistant. Your duties will be administration based, such as scanning, filing, liaising with customers and clients on the telephone, The more advanced side of this role is its duties using Excel. You will be in charge of keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date as well as inputting any data from workers. You will be monitoring all paperwork and will be proof reading work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience administrator with previous accounts experience. You will provide exceptional customer services while liaising with clients with a good telephone manner. You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages with advanced Excel skills.You will be able to proof read documents and have confident English levels.
You will need to have a driving licence and transport due to the remote location.
