We have an excellent opportunity for any sales people looking to start a career in Insurance! A well established and successful vehicle and home insurance company in Sunbury are looking for money motivated, professional candidates who they can invest in to be the new faces of their company.
Your role will involve sourcing and securing new business and will involve inbound and outbound calls. A typical day will include, among other duties:
" Providing information about insurance cover which is appropriate for customer`s requirements and supporting them in making the best choice to meet their needs
" Providing policy information and payment options
" Working to KPIs and targets
" Liaising with other departments when necessary, including the underwriting team and management of all levels
" Communicating through phone, email and written correspondence when necessary
You will be given a unique opportunity to be part of an extensive training programme, both classroom based and with a secure academy providing education and support to give you the ability to become an expert within your field!
Commission opportunities begin as soon as you hit the phones, with realistic OTE being an additional 40% of your salary. The company really invest in their staff and many of them have taken on long term positions there, working up the ranks. There are great benefits including 20 days+ holiday, childcare discounts, pension and support in undertaking CII accreditation, as well as private medical insurance after a probation period.
We are searching for people with a real hunger for sales, insurance experience would be a bonus, but more important is your drive to succeed, communication skills and flexibility. The role will require some evening work, as well as 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays.
