Maintenance Electrician
Hotel Chain
Central / East London
Our client is a national chain of Hotels who manage a number of sites across Central London and they are recruiting now for a Maintenance Electrician. The role is to carry out electrical repairs and maintenance, planned and reactive, preventative and checks. The duties include changing power sockets, lighting, fault finding, lamping, communal lighting, basic testing and inspection. As well as the electrical work, minor maintenance duties within other trades such as basic plumbing are needed as required. The 17th Edition is required for the role.
The role includes working across a small number of sites across Central / East London which are within walking distance or a short trip on public transport; you will only require hand tools as equipment and access is on site. The role will include working on some public areas (such as lobbies, landings, etc.) as well as carrying out any other duties required.
