This specialist contract packing company based near Ipswich is looking to recruit a PA to Director/Marketing Assistant.

This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is prepared to multitask on a daily basis. The role involves elements of a more traditional PA role, along with managing social media accounts, order dispatching of web sales and customer orders, assisting at exhibitions, and being a great right hand person to a busy MD.

The role is PA to Managing Director of a growing brand called Medpac, but who also is a co-director of a busy contract packing company, so it is essential that you can prioritise your workload!

Job description:
- devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- managing social media accounts to promote marketing strategy
- carrying out background research and presenting findings
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- carrying out specific projects and research
- helping to build and manage databases
- administrating sales and purchase invoices
- negotiating the best possible prices with suppliers for consumable items and placing orders
- handling website orders and school orders and ensuring they are despatched efficiently.
- organising courier deliveries
- managing incoming and outgoing post and orders
- general administration to assist with the smooth running of the two companies

The job is based in Needham Market, west of Ipswich.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with a half hour lunch break.
