This children's clothing company requires a self-motivated, driven and friendly Sales Admin person who will deal with their large and small wholesale accounts and the general public.

The role is based at their head office in Lancing. The candidate will follow up on orders and generally be great at customer service, love a spreadsheet, be super organised and have great attention to detail. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role.

Essential Skills:

- Great customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Enthusiastic about the brand
- Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel) great with a spreadsheet!
- Highly organised
- Confident to use different computer systems and learn new skills
- Great at communicating
- Patient with a good sense of humour

Useful skills but not essential:

- German speaking
- Clean driving licence
- Experience with Xero and Magento systems

Duties will include:

- Sales and processing customer orders
- Managing wholesale accounts - you will be the first point of contact for wholesale customers
- Setting up and working on UK and overseas tradeshows (Seasonally)
- Stock reporting
- General office administration

You will be part of a small fun company so the tasks will be varied. They are looking for someone with a can do attitude!
