Role Purpose
We are currently looking for commercial and residential property associates to join our busy real estate team in Hampshire. The team enjoys success acting for a wide range of clients including residential and commercial developers, housing associations, high value retailers and charities.
If successful you can expect a mix of work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to:
Commercial property - purchase, sale and development of commercial property, investment and asset management, landlord and tenant advice, secured lending work, acquisition disposals
Residential property - land acquisition and assembly, joint ventures, development agreements, mixed use development advice
Participation in client management and business development initiatives
Contribution towards practice development
Mentoring of solicitors and paralegals

5+ PQE
