Security Design & Proposal Engineer
Due to expansion my client, a trusted technology partner for energy-efficient, safe and secure buildings and infrastructure are currently looking to recruit a Security Design & Proposal Engineer on a permanent basis to join the team in Frimley, Surrey.
As a Security Design Engineer & Proposal Engineer you will be responsible for;
-The design of large integrated security systems that include CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Intruder detection and general Intruder Detection
-Completing tenders within agreed timescales
-The preparation of technical documentation consisting of drawings, schedules, functional design specification
-Carrying out site surveys and attending design review / co-ordination meetings
Candidates for the position of Security Design Engineer & Proposal Engineer should have the following key skills, knowledge and experience;
- Experience of designing and estimating large integrated CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Perimeter detection systems.
- Technical knowledge of database and operating security systems associated with CCTV, access Control, PID's and Intruder systems
- Be able to understand and scrutinise Project Specifications & Drawings
- Educated to a minimum HNC level in a relevant engineering subject and possess a full driving license
