Callaway Recruitment are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer / EPOS / ATM Field Service Engineer to join a large international IT organisation.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing a first class product support service to customers, working remotely, analysis equipment condition, diagnose faults, carry out planned and unplanned maintenance, installations and equipment over-haul in accordance with the company's requirements. Covering an area to include Redhill, Crawley and surrounding areas.
* Taking calls from the office Service desk, carry out workload in the most efficient manner taking into consideration site location, priority and cost implications, I.e. plan and prioritise workload to achieve business aims.
* Maintain equipment knowledge by regular contact with Product specialist and keeping abreast of new products and existing product enhancements.
The successful Field Service Engineer / EPOS Field Service Engineer will ideally have at least 12 months relevant experience in a similar role within either the retail or industrial sectors. The successful applicant will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, company van and ongoing training to ensure service is delivered to the highest standard.
