CHEFS WANTED
Head, Sous, Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs required for various contracts throughout Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.
Interaction Recruitment Catering & Hospitality - have a number of Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, Schools, Care Homes and Public Houses looking for experienced chefs of all levels. You must have experience of using fresh ingredients to create extensive menu's. The ability to work independently is essential as you may be working alone, often making meals from scratch. You also need to be willing to follow establishments specifications on how to prepare and cook their food.
We can offer extra and / or full time hours
Minimum level 2 food safety certificate required
Own whites required
Own knives are desirable
Own transport is desirable as some of the locations can be remote
You need to have a flexible approach to shifts as these can be varied
We also accept chefs operating under their own limited companies
