This job is about
Taking responsibility of all the aspects of the business. From helping design seasonal menus to food ordering. From preparing food and cooking to booking chefs and running events.
This job is for someone who
•Has experience working as Senior Chef de Partie in Fine dining restaurants or similar environments
•Has great organisational skills and can direct a function without supervision
•Can be flexible with the hours and work evenings and weekends
•Has a full driving licence
•Has Health and Safety Level 2
