Deputy Director of Finance
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Hours: 37 hours per week, Fixed Term
Salary: Circa GBP85,000 with excellent benefits (36 days holidays including bank holidays, great pension, great work life balance)


As Deputy Director, Finance, you will demonstrate the ability to be a strategic thinker as well as an operational team player. You will lead and develop a high performing professional finance function by setting department accountabilities and performance standards that strengthen the credibility and performance of the department. You will be a member of our Senior Leadership Team who shares responsibility for developing corporate strategies and managing risks with the Executive.

You will already have experience of senior management and be able to demonstrate that you are capable of playing a pivotal part in Radian's senior leadership team.


The salary is circa GBP85k. The role is considered to be an Essential Car User role and will be based in Eastleigh.
