Commercial Insurance Account Handler
to GBP28,000 to experience + benefits
Croydon, Surrey
Go-ahead broking team, with a pro-active approach to client retention, as well as new client and new business acquisition. Providing support to a portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients, servicing existing business, renewals, and maximising new business opportunities.
Contacting clients to obtain renewal information, updating relevant fact finding, data base records
Obtaining competitive rates and terms from Insurers, and providing quotations to clients.
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional covers.
Handling mid-term adjustments, and responding to day to day client queries - by 'phone, email and written.
Checking and issuing policy documentation.
Liaising with respect to premium collection -debits and credits.
Applicants should be able to offer at least 4 years (current/recent) Commercial Insurance broking experience - with a confident knowledge of Commercial Combined packages - encompassing Property, Liability, Business Interruption, Commercial Motor etc.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing the best level of service.
The team provides a comprehensive training programme, to ensure you are fully informed of technical product information, as well as on their systems and procedures.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Alternate Saturday mornings
