Due to the continued success of the business my client is seeking a Finance Manager. You wil work as part of the leadership team working closely with UK and overseas operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth and turnover of the business. You will be responsible for the on going analysis of existing processes to maximise efficiency, target costing and margin analysis. You must also prepare and monitor cost-effective data providing costing information to management and non-financial stakeholders. As well as the day to day and hands on management of the Finance Team, managing one Accounts Assistant.
The successful candidate will be qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or Qualified by Experience.
Must possess excellent IT Skills, be familiar with accounting packages and practical experience of excel. You will be an effective communicator and report clearly to the non-financial management team on the business' financial accounts. In addition you must be influential with team members when implementing change. You must have a good practical commercial awareness, experience within the services sector is of interest
