Chase and Holland are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company in the Castle Donington area who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their well-established finance team.
Responsibilities will vary, however main duties will include;
* Chasing debt through telephone calls, letters and e-mails
* Liaising with client and customers to ensure prompt payments of invoices and agreeing payment terms
* Managing your own set of accounts and negotiating payment terms with customers
* Allocation of incoming cash to accounts
* Working to ensure a prompt and efficient resolution of client queries
The ideal candidate will;
* Have a confident telephone manner and be able to build and maintain good client and customer relationships
* Have the ability to be able to work both alone and as part of a team
* Be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Be a confident and motivated individual who can work towards targets
* Have the relevant experience required
