Adecco Bolton have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Motor Claims Handler specialising in first notification of loss. Managing your own portfolio of claims you will provide a consistent and unrivalled level of customer service to policyholders throughout the course of the claim.

Key duties include:
* Providing point of contact for any incoming query or complaint and ensuring these are actioned appropriately.
* Maintaining a high standard of customer service and keeping Policyholders updated throughout the claim.
* Technical specialist in FNOL motor claims area.
* Managing a varied caseload of motor claims through to final settlement.
* Handling and negotiating claims by telephone and via correspondence, all claims allocated from first advice to settlement as per company procedures when required.
* Identifying and referring any questionable underwriting.
* Identifying any potentially fraudulent areas of the claim.
* Dealing with incoming post and telephone queries.

Required Skills/experience:
* Experience in FNOL motor claims essential.
* Experience from a customer service/business administration background would be beneficial.
* At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English, or equivalent.
* CII (Certificate of Insurance), or working towards would be advantageous.
* PC literacy.
