About the Spring Insight Program
Our Spring Insight Program will give you an in-depth view of how the investment banking industry works.
You will join us in our London office, where you will choose to spend your week with any of the following business areas:
Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) and Global Markets (GM)
Technology (IT)
While you'll focus primarily on the area you select, you'll also get exposure to other businesses. You will take part in skills sessions, CV workshops and business information sessions, as well as social and networking events.
What We Look For
You'll need to be studying for, a BA or MA (or equivalent), with an excellent academic record in any discipline. Strong analytical and organizational skills are also prerequisites, along with the ability to perform well under pressure. The Spring Insight Program is designed for first-year students of a three-year degree course, or second-year students of a four-year course, who are considering a career in banking.
Applicants must be able to start full-time employment in July 2019.
