Our client has an exciting opportunity for a caring, organised and conscientious individual to become part of their dedicated team. We are looking to recruit a full-time care coordinator. You will be responsible for the accurate production of staff rotas to meet the needs of our clients, helping them retain their independence within their own homes.
The coordinator role needs to have strong local knowledge of York and surrounding areas with a sound logistical outlook. In addition to this, you will need strong attention to detail and good levels of record keeping. You will also be assisting with the recruitment and welcoming of new clients. The successful candidate will be on call 1 week in 4.
This rewarding position requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. You will need to be flexible for the needs of the business and work effectively with team members as well as on their own. You must be a motivated, logical and resourceful individual who is able to use their own initiative to solve problems.Previous experience within a similar role is desirable, however, full training will be provided so experience is not essential.
This position will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references. Full clean valid drivers license and own transport is essential.
