YOU
You will have a key set of skills that enables you to work
within the heart of the UK-based Australasia and Americas
team as well as displaying our Company values of energy,
humility, and intelligence. Preferably educated to degree
level or equivalent , and computer literate, you will need
to be able to work directly with the sales team across
Australasia and the Americas, recognising the time zone
differences. You will deal with customers where necessary
and offer a wide range of support services to both internal
and external stakeholders. The position requires you to
have energy, attention to detail with excellent customer
service skills and a desire to be of part of a high performing
and well respected team.
THE ROLE
The role is to assist with all elements of the sales process,
from producing accurate and timely quotes, through to
logging of all customer interaction on the CRM system.
A high level of aptitude in MS Excel is desirable. With an
eye for detail, the successful candidate will ensure that
all relevant customer details are captured at the onset, to
drive a successful order process that results in timely and
accurate deliveries to some of our largest and remotest
export markets. To ensure that discrepancies are minimised
as well as resolved speedily, the role requires an excellent
attention to detail. Additional project work as required will
also form part of this role.
