An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Apprentice Sales Administrators to join the Sterling Group, one of the longest established contractor organisations in the UK, based at our office in Warrington.

The Apprentice Sales Administrators will undertake an NVQ in Business Administration and will be responsible for completing a range of administration duties in order to support a busy Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities of the Apprentice Sales Administrators

- General administration duties including: data inputting, filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, minute taking, responding to emails

- Post room duties ( including distributing incoming post and sorting outgoing post)

- Taking incoming calls from existing contractors and new starters to the Company, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times

- Input all details from contractor’s application forms into the system accurately and in a timely manner

- Forward all new starter information to the agency i.e. Company bank details, Incorporation certificate, VAT registration certificate & copy of CIS card

- Deal with payment queries when required ensuring Agency lists are checked and keeping the contractor updated

- Providing reception cover including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, monitoring LiveChat

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required by the Apprentice Sales Administrators

- Ability to work in a team

- Ability to manage own workload and work to tight deadlines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent IT skills

- Confident telephone manner

- Experience in a customer service/administration and/or sales environment preferable but not essential

The ideal Apprentice Sales Administrators can expect the below

Salary: c. £7,800p.a. (plus bonus)

Hours of Work: 38.5hrs, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm with regular late shifts until 18.00pm
