As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for helping the Account Management Team to manage customers’ requirements.
Managing the quotation process, you’ll respond to a range of telephone and email queries and process orders to ensure that customers receive a high quality service.
You’ll add value to the Sales Team by providing them with estimated delivery times, proof of delivery documentation and a variety of reports on spending trends.
Additionally, you’ll manage internal systems and conduct product research to help our client retain their market-leading position.
