Our client is currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join them to manage the customer debtors of their Insurance division ensuring the prompt collection and reconciliation of premiums, minimisation of bad debts and maximisation of cash flow.

Driving down outstanding historical debt whilst ensuring current levels remain within SLA’s, you will be responsible for the identification, reconciliation and clearance of unallocated cash amounts as evidenced by demonstrable reductions in historic and current debt levels; optimising processes to ensure effective and efficient transaction processing. 

Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding any payment queries, you must produce detailed management information and email / post out credit control letters; following up with telephone calls.

Candidates for this role should have proven experience of credit control and debtor management, experience in reconciling bank accounts and of using insurance or accounts packages.  A basic understanding and knowledge of insurance products would be beneficial.
