We’re a fast growing foodservice distributor who works tirelessly to deliver our great value products and prices to all business sizes. Our customers are the heart of our business, so ensuring maximum efficiency throughout our work team is paramount when making sure our customers receive the best service possible. Here at Bidvest Foodservice, we stock 1000s of lines across all categories and temperature bands and we pride ourselves on our expert sourcing to ensure that we only offer quality products, including known and own brands!
As our new Telesales Executive, your role will involve:
You will be providing a dedicated order taking service to our clients, ensuring their orders are taken and processed in an efficient and professional manner. Your daily duties will include:
• Generating and increasing our sales
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Dealing with any problems or concerns with regards to customers’ orders
• Offering and highlighting new products & offers to existing clients
• Maintaining our internal sales system to include relevant documentation
• Liaising with the field based team to minimise losses and maintain business levels
• Supporting the customer service team during peak times
What skills & knowledge do you need to be our Telesales Executive?
You will be a customer focussed individual with excellent sales and customer service skills. Experience of busy and challenging environments is key for this role, as is your ability to meet and exceed sales targets where possible. You should have a demonstrable ability to confidently and professionally deal with customer complaints & dealing with any concerns. As our Telesales Executive you must be a self motivated, friendly person with excellent team working and rapport building skills.
