The company seeks Associates to undertake a complex and broad scope of responsibilities. Based in London the post-holders will work closely with clients to enable them to understand competitive issues, develop strategies for change, and achieve results.

Applicants must have achievements gained through employment, internships or work placements and through active involvement in extra-curricular activities undertaken during studies which demonstrate valuable contribution to a team, personal learning, evidence of outperforming peers and exceptional drive and commitment. In addition, applicants must have the ability to synthesise a problem and possess creativity and strong business judgment. Applicants must also demonstrate excellent numerical skills, excellent communication skills, particularly precision in answering questions, and the potential for excellent client relationship management.

As part of the interview process, applicants will be required to conduct case studies to demonstrate their suitability for the role as outlined above.   Applicants may also be required to conduct a numerical test in addition or prior to the interview process.  Applicants will need to perform to a high standard in the case study and the numerical test, if taken.  

Applicants must have outstanding prior academics (including at least a 2:1 or equivalent from a top class university and A-levels at a minimum AAB or equivalent.)
