If you are looking to further your career, our client is currently looking for Service Delivery Crews to join their new Platinum Service driving 7.5T vehicles & delivering excellent customer experiences

Reporting to a Team Manager within a busy transport environment - the main duties will include:

• a GREAT customer experience all day every day – even when your day hasn't gone to plan
• Delivering products PLUS Installations & Assembly to make our customers feel exceptionally special by delivering exceptional customer service
• Resolving customer issues & finding creative solutions to difficult product maneuvering problems – dogs, cats, kids, toys, laundry etc.
• Ensuring all deliveries to the customer happen within agreed time windows
• Promoting effective communication between the customer, the hub & the crew
• Taking responsibility to ensure excellent Platinum Service Standards are adhered to & providing the highest standard of customer experience possible
• Ensuring that packaging & all goods contained are not damaged in any way whilst conforming to all company policies, procedures & safe systems of work
• Being confident, organised & efficient – making customers feel special

The successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service plus an aptitude for product assembly covering a wide range of expensive items. You will also need to have good general abilities, a great attitude & a flexible, positive outlook.

The ideal candidate will also hold a current 7.5T driving license & have full CPC training.
