We are continuously recruiting for Voice Pickers to work at our client’s state of the art national distribution centre at Magna Park, Milton Keynes.

The successful candidates will have a full paid induction to the site plus training on the LLOP and Voice Recognition Headsets which incorporates stacking and loading best practice instructions.

Following your Initial Training OnSite assistance is available at all times whilst on shift.

Colleagues are targeted and measured on their pick rate with a target of 100% performance, however ongoing training and coaching is provided to ensure target delivery is reached and sustained.

You will be required to work 5 or 6 days out of 7, including weekends.

Available shifts are 2pm-10pm or nights from 10pm-6am.

The pay rate for this position is £8.00 - £8.50 per hour, £12.00-£12.75 per hour for any overtime worked!

For those colleagues who commit to working 5 days from 7 plus additional overtime as requested, have excellent attendance (max 3 unauthorised absences) and perform at the expected productivity targets there will be:

• Guaranteed work for a minimum of 6 months
• Guaranteed 37.5 hours minimum per week

Please note, at the end of the 6 month period it is not the intention to remove or reduce staff numbers so employment will continue thereafter. During this period there will be the opportunity for those who have excellent attendance and productivity rates to gain permanent full time employment with the client.
