The Role

The Sales Administrator / Account Executive will support the Key Account Manager with client opportunities in the hospitality and leisure sector. You will provide excellent customer service through Best Practice account development and management with key responsibilities including:

  • Communicate and liaise with internal / external team on all account management issues
  • complete weekly / monthly information reports / analysis on progress against targets
  • determine and support on-going client strategy with Key Account Manager
  • use CRM systems to ensure effective sales management / learner recruitment tracking
  • manage development of bespoke learning resources for key clients

The Person

The ideal Sales Administrator / Account Executive ( Hospitality ) will be an excellent face to face / telephone communicator with good administration / office management skills and with previous experience supporting the engagement of major accounts / customers / contracts.

With operational experience of working in pubs, restaurants or the hospitality sector, a background in retail / customer service would also be an advantage. If you can demonstrate experience of working with 16-18 Apprenticeship / training or similar government funded programmes, that would also be a bonus!

You will be working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, environment where you can use your excellent influencing skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
