Group IT Service Desk Administrator
We currently have an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Administrator to join our Group IT Service desk team at our head office Cowick Hall, near Goole. The main responsibility of this role is to manage the service desk process for all users worldwide and to act as a focal point for service related queries in conjunction with site and global IT functions
To be successful, you should ideally be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, be computer literate and have strong skills in Microsoft Office 2010 or later. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence people when policies are not being followed. You should also be a team player with the ability to work under pressure, and be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.
