Finance Administration Manager

Milton Keynes

Circa £25,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) 
Our client is looking to employ an experienced Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Group manager, you would be responsible for all transactional duties, administration and balancing books for this busy SME. 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible and organised. You will feel comfortable with and have the organisational skills to fully support the business with all elements of bookkeeping and administrative duties and office management. This includes data entry, answering the phone and managing your work load; this is a very busy role where no two days are the same. You must be adaptable and be flexible to changing priorities 

The role will include: 
• All aspects of credit control; credit limits, chasing outstanding payments, resolving queries and management of accounts on stop.

• Vat Returns • Bank and balance sheet Reconciliations

• Credit Card Payments

• Purchase Ledger

• Sales Ledger 

•  Monthly profit and loss reporting

• Petty Cash

• Accruals / Prepayments

• Journals

• Setting up payment runs

• Payroll
