Property Maintenance Person
Shaws (Huddersfield) Ltd has an opportunity for a property maintenance person to join our small team.
We operate our food manufacturing and commercial property rental business from Shaw Park in Aspley. We are a progressive and family owned business, based in Huddersfield for over 120 years.
Duties will include outside cleaning, general small repairs to our food factory and rented property, outside cleaning tidying and gardening.
The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to complete physical work inside and outside.
- Excellent general DIY skills.
- Self motivated and genuine with a positive professional attitude.
- Clean, tidy and well organised.
- Some basic IT skills including use of MS Excel.
- Flexible approach to work undertaken
- Flexible approach to working hours including some evenings and occasional Saturdays.
Permanent contract with part time hours.
