Operational ManagerGrade 8/9 (£28,088- £31,852) Permanent

Please note that the successful applicant would ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at a higher appropriate point in the pay scale up the maximum advertised.

The main purpose of the role is the day to day management of a team of operatives in order to ensure delivery of a high quality repairs service to the customers, residents and leaseholders of the business and other Organisations. This includes performance management the team, & sub-contractors and dealing with sickness, disciplinary, performance, H&S issues, and other legal obligations in a timely and appropriate manner.
