POSITION DESCRIPTION: IT Specialists is looking for a positive, hardworking Sales Administrator to join our team in Birmingham! In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales activity and to facilitate the quote, proposal and bids process in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of internal relations, monitor all sales quotes and bids, provide administrative support to the sales manager and provide support in developing quotes, proposals and presentations for the sales team. SKILLS: Professional and positive approachSelf motivated and ability to work under own initiativeAbility to solve problems and think logicallyKnowledge of the business environmentAble to prioritise and work to challenging deadlinesAccurate and timely data entry and manipulation EXPERIENCE: Administration experience in a deadline driven environmentExperience of sales environments and customer facing activitiesAdvanced level skill in Microsoft Excel and WordAttention to detailProven written communication skills BENEFITS: We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
