Part Time Financial Controller ( Foreign Currency Transactions)
Our Client is seeking an experienced part time Financial Controller to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with foreign currency transactions.
They are seeking someone who is available to work for 25 hours ideally over 4 days
The successful candidate will have:
Experience 5 years’ plus either AAT or CIMA
Experience of international trade.
Experience of Invoice discount facilities
Process purchase / supplier invoices multi-currency
Process supplier payment multi-currency for approval by directors
Reconcile ledgers to supplier statements and deal with any missing items
Process sales invoices multi-currency
Post customer receipts and deal with invoice finance draw down
Reconcile customer receipts and deal with any queries
Process multi-currency bank transactions
Reconcile bank accounts
Reconcile invoice discount accounts multi-currency
Prepayments and accruals
Intrastat and Ec sales lists where relevant
Import duty control reconciliation
Post expenses for directors
Update forecast for actual cash movements
Reconcile all control accounts to system
Post salaries and other recurring journals to system.
Deal with CI factoring auditors.
Provision of weekly trading snapshot format to be agreed with directors
