FINTEC recruit is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our Hospitality client based in Greater London. Our client is looking for a Kitchen Manager who enjoys a busy, guest facing environment. This is a permanent role with a salary range of £26k - £32k, depending on experience, as well as company bonuses and incentives.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Manager you will have the following responsibilities:-
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Dedicating time to develop your team using the client's tailored development framework
- Training, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver an efficient food operation and being responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
