Position: Duty Manager

Location: Bromley Kent

Salary: GBP19,380 plus benefits

Job Type: Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, including early morning, evening and weekend shifts)

Mytime Active Leisure Centres have something for everyone, from swimming pools, gyms and exercise studios to floodlit sports pitches, soft play zones, ten pin bowling and community halls.

You will supervise all key operational areas, managing staff resources, operations and activities.

Previous experience of working as a member of a team in a busy leisure environment is essential.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient day to day operation and activities at the centre.

Essential requirements:



National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid qualification.

Desirable:


A Supervisory and Pool Plant Operator's qualifications (training will be available should you be prepared to achieve these as a condition of appointment).
