Digital Sales Executive - Media Company

We are looking for extremely self-motivated individuals, to be based in our busy Bristol office, who have an appetite for advertising sales and giving excellent customer service, people who can use their initiative to engage with clients and put together packages to meet specific recruitment requirements.
Digital Sales Executive
£20,000 - 23,000 + bonus potential of £1500 per month
This is a role for a dynamic, tenacious sales person who wants to build their own territory within a rapidly growing digital advertising market, both on a local and national level.
80% of your time will be generating new business clients, from self-generating leads, cold calling, qualifying needs with a consultative approach and matching solutions to best suit the client - you will then manage these accounts along with some existing clients.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to log effective business conversations within our CRM system in order to continuously build your pipeline and keep in touch with clients as agreed.
You will become an expert within a specific location, look at market trends as well as understand your competitors within the recruitment industry.
This is a key role within our business, to continue to develop our digital client base and increase our revenue streams so being hungry and target driven is essential to being successful.
For this role you will be a thinking performer - someone who can use their initiative & think about solutions that really meet the customer needs.
