HEAD OF MEMBERSHIP SERVICES (MATERNITY COVER) £36,672 - £46,414 pa (pro-rota)

This post is initially for 6 months, subject to the current post holder

DSU seeks a Head of Membership Services (maternity cover) to be responsible for developing and managing the student activities throughout De Montfort University Students' Union.  This post will be instrumental in maintaining the strategic direction of the department, in line with Union vision whilst initiating new ideas and projects to increase student participation within the Membership Services function. 

You should have a proven background within the field of membership services or demonstrable transferable skills. Experience of managing a team and relationships with stakeholders is essential. Project Management experience would be advantageous together with a good grasp of marketing.

Experience of working within a member-led democratic environment is desirable. You should have an active interest in current issues of Higher Education and be committed to continuously improving service delivery.
