Chef de Partie
Salary: Up to GBP20,000 per annum plus bonus
Location: Looe, Cornwall
An amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a recently opened, fine dining, restaurant in Looe Harbour pushing for Rosettes and ultimately Michelin.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their small team serving 20 - 30 covers for Lunch and 30 - 60 covers for Dinner service.
The restaurant is only serving rosette standard dishes so that means NO Breakfasts, Sandwiches, afternoon teas or Functions! Just amazing dishes from fresh local produce
The Head Chef is happy to look at a Commis Chef looking to move forward in position or a Chef de Partie looking to get into a good Kitchen.
There is no live in available so candidates will need to live in the Looe, Liskard, Fowey St Austell, Launceston, Tavistock, Saltash or possibly the Plymouth area with their own transport
