Admin & Customer Service Advisor - West London
A vibrant & young company based in West London is looking for booking's administrator's to join their growing team in their Head Office in the heart of West London. Ideal applicants will be self-motivated, have a high attention to detail and committed to delivering excellent customer service.We are keen to meet candidates who will relish the opportunity to get involved straight away.This will involve answering the phone, taking bookings/payments, redeeming vouchers for gift experiences, email enquiries, dealing with event companies/agents, quoting and invoicing on bookings. This will predominately involve dealing with queries proactively and efficiently over the phone. The successful candidate must have very good written and spoken English and be able to work in a professional, demanding, friendly, polite and welcoming team. Ideally previous experience in an admin/reception or bookings role would be a plus but all candidates will be considered.This will also involve evening and weekend work and shifts based on a team rota and averaging 40 hours per week.Due to the high volume of applications only those candidates meeting the above criteria will be contacted.If this sounds like you please apply!
