This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Manager to join a fast paced call centre in West London.We are looking to recruit a highly commercial and sales focused Call Centre Manager with the experience of managing high volume inbound and outbound calls, managing the call centre daily, motivating and supporting a team to ensure that they achieve the targets and objectives set.We are looking for a highly driven individual that can manage a 15 person+ team and drive them to success through successful customer interactions, It Is important that as a manager you would lead from the front by being hands on and assisting on phone lines. Previous sales experience would be desirable; due to the expansion of the outbound call team.An ideal candidate: * Has previous experience working in a call centre/ telesales environment * Has confidence to present to a regional team; with weekly /monthly feedback * Candidates must have strong leadership, team management skills * Possess a professional attitude and have the ability to work in a vibrant teamInterview are available immediately- we look forward to reading you application!
