Team Manager Direct Sales (Guest & Trade Services)40,000 - 45,000 Plus bonusBased - SurreyMy client is a luxurious, modern and totally unique travel company who have been around since the 1980's.They are looking for a highly organised telesales leader to take control of a team of 20 staff, both home and office based.Reporting to the Head of the department you will be driving the sales team, driving change through your leadership skills and growing the brand, while retaining the brand vision.The Role - Deliver sales revenues in excess of 20 Million per yearManage a team of 20 sales agentsProvide a premium service to ensure that high value guests are retained.Lead, coach, cross-train and Motivate your team, ensuring KPI's are met.Monitor feedback & complaints from guests and deal with any issues that ariseManage operations and KPI's You - 2 years' experience in a similar role within the travel industry dealing with customer complaints & leading a telesales team in a fast paced environment.Experience at dealing with High-value guests across the holiday packaging marketExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible, approachable and passionateTo be available out of hours when needed.Experience leading, training and mentoring a team & start to finish salesExperience with Amadeus is desirableCall centre experience is a MUST If you have the right experience outlined above and want to be considered, send your CV through to or call me - COREcruitment operate one of the best referral schemes in the industry - know anyone looking for a new challenge?
