Senior Chef De Partie - 2AA Rosette Restaurant and Hotel - 4 Day Week - Richmond 27k Experienced and stable senior chef de partie - 4 day week- up to 27,000 plus tronc paid quarterly Our client is seeking an experienced senior chef de partie to work within the hotel's 2AA restaurant serving seasonal modern European food based in Richmond As senior chef de partie you will work within a team of 9 chefs on sections as required by the head chef Your background will demonstrate career stability working to 2AA rosette standards as a minimum requirement either within a quality hotel or restaurant as senior chef de partie Restaurant covers are up to 70 plus functions for 50 covers and afternoon teas for 35 covers You will be working with a Michelin trained head chef who can further develop your skills and work knowledge as senior chef de partie
