Demi Chef De Partie - 2AA Rosette Hotel - 4 Day Week - Richmond 19k+ Tronc Demi chef- 4 days on 3 off per week- up to 19,000 plus tronc paid quarterly Our client is seeking a stable and skilled Demi chef De partie to work within the hotel's 2AA restaurant serving seasonal modern European food As Demi chef De partie you will work within a team of 9 chefs on sections as required by the head chef Your background will demonstrate career stability working to 1or 2AA rosette standards as a minimum requirement either within a quality hotel or restaurant as Demi chef de partie Restaurant covers are up to 70 plus functions for 50 covers and afternoon teas for 35 covers You will be working with a Michelin trained head chef who can develop your skills and kitchen knowledge further as a Demi chef de partie
