German speaking Customer Service Host for International Marketing Company!Position: German Customer Service HostLocation: London / Cape TownSalary: 18,000 - 24,000My client is an International Marketing Company with offices in London, Cape Town and Malta.This is a very exciting role within the growing Customer Support Department. Operating within the e-commerce industry, they provide world-class services to their clients and their businesses. The core element of the company are their people, as they recognize that the employees are the driving force of the business, hence why they ensure that they employ individuals with high-potential allowing them to develop their career and themselves within the business.They are looking at expanding the existing Customer Service Department, within the German Market. The role will be fixed term in London until your visa application is successful and then the permanent position is based in Cape Town, South Africa.Due to the geographical locations we service, please note that there is shift work.07:00- 15:00, 15:00- 23:00, 23:00- 07:00Training will be provided and will take place in our office in London - flights and accommodation will be arranged and paid for.The applicant must: Have German as home languageBe a self-starter, self-motivated & goal orientatedBe able to work independently yet be a team playerBe an analytical thinker with problem solving abilityBe deadline driven & goal orientatedBe able to meet deadlines in a highly pressurised dynamic environmentBe able to handle confidential and personal mattersBe fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills Job description: Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in German languageProcessing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environmentProcessing pertinent information into relevant databasesCompletion of tasks assigned during shiftCustomer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and servicesProblem solving tasks during shiftHandling and taking full responsibility for customer related queriesMake outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchasers, etc.Excellent time management and adherence to schedulePerforming extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required Position: German Customer Service HostLocation: London / Cape TownSalary: 18,000 - 24,000If you are interested in this vacancy and if you feel you have the ability to perform in this position, please send your CV to COREcruitment we are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
