General Manager for New Restaurant Brand - Southampton/PortsmouthMy client is a leader in national hospitality brands. Their portfolio includes some of the country's most loved bars, restaurants and coffee shops and their success is long celebrated. They are no launching their next new venture and are looking for a general manager to take on the challenge. This restaurant will be a celebration of all things steak, with fantastic service, a relaxed environment, and consistently excellent food.Salary up to 35,000pa plus bonusThe roleAs general manager of this site you will be a fantastic business manager that understands high end, high street brands. You will be launching the site, training the team to company standards, pushing sales and having an eye on the future for business development and future managers.Requirements A background in a fresh food environmentFantastic attention to detailA history of developing junior managersExperience in a branded, fresh food setting This is an excellent opportunity to get on board with a new brand that has its eye on success.
