Head Chef Kitchen Manager Worcester Worcestershire upto 29k Package Live In
Head Chef / Kitchen Manager required for this group owned Restaurant with family friendly Carvery and traditional pub Restaurant. Our Client has successfully built up a nationally recognised brand and is well known for their consistently high standard and value for money.
They are looking for a motivated and organised chef who gets great satisfaction in producing mouth-watering roasts time after time and who has the patience and skills required to train, lead and inspire a team.
This position would suit somebody looking for a fresh challenge ideally with previous experience of working in a group owned Hotel or Branded Restaurant; the Restaurant has a plenty of scope to increase revenue allowing you to make your mark and has a great team that need a leader.
As Head Chef you will be responsible the day to day running of your kitchen and everything that goes with that from organising rotas, organising prep lists, ordering supplies ensuring the hygiene records are fully maintained and the kitchen is making the correct profit and food standards are maintained.
This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in service every day, part of your duties will include training and motivating your team ensuring their on-going training is completed.
Part of your duties will include taking complete financial control of the kitchen so full knowledge of stock control, purchasing and menu planning skills are imperative.
This is a live in position, but may also suit candidates living in Worcester or the surrounding areas, with their own transport if required.
The restaurant is part of a major national group and offers a wide range of courses that are available for all employees to take part in if they wish to develop a wide range of skills and gain further promotion in the future.
