Junior Sous Chef Basingstoke Hampshire upto 26K Plus Tips and Live In

Junior Sous Chef required for this Superb County House and award winning restaurant.

As Junior Sous Chef you should have good all round skills, capable of running any section if required with previous experience of working with all fresh ingredients.

Ideally you will have previous experience of cooking in Rosette standard kitchens, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate excellent cooking skills and good attention to detail.

As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for Supervising the Chef De Parties, Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs. You will be a key player in ensuring that all daily tasks are allocated out and completed to the correct standard required. You must also ensure that the kitchen is clean, organised and ready for service.

There is live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living in the Basingstoke, Reading, Farnborough, Camberley or possibly Newbury area with their own transport.
