We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Junior Employee Benefits Consultant with financial services experience. You will be a critical member of the Consultancy and New Business Team, responsible for overseeing and enhancing valuable client relationships. You will: -Comply with FCA regulationsSpecialise in delivering engaging and customised employee benefits induction webinars to our clients' new employees at the individual and group levelServe as client liaison for information requests and queries, guiding clients and employees towards profitable and secure financial decisionsSupport and mentor our dedicated Account ManagersKeep abreast of legislative, political and industry trends, notify clients of developments and implications, and provide solutions in order to maximise best practice and negate riskLiaise with insurers, providers and other professionalsAttend client meetings to share information, identify needs, establish expectations and deliverables, develop strategyDraft, review and/or approve relevant communicationsDevelop in-depth knowledge and understanding of client vision and tone, ensuring a targeted approachAssist with the generation of new business: network; cultivate new client leads; nurture established client relationships long term; identify opportunities for organic growthProvide research for new business proposals and assist with concept development. You must have: -An undergraduate degree in Finance or a related fieldCurrent qualifications and memberships: FCA, DipFA, CII, CISI, MIFS or otherA proven track record of successful financial guidanceWorking knowledge of workplace pension auto-enrolment, private healthcare and protections policiesThe ability to prioritise workload and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environmentArticulate verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey and summarise multifaceted information using ordinary language, clearlyA desire to fine-tune presentation skillsImpeccable customer service skillsCompassion, adaptability and relatability to different situations, proficiencies, working styles, personalities and attitudesFlexibility, pride and passion in your approach to workHigh levels of accuracy and discretionA positive outlook and a sense of humour.
